For more than 40 years, Tim Fiebig has built his real estate career around a simple philosophy: put the client first, protect their interests, and do everything possible to achieve the best result.
Licensed since 1978, Tim brings more than 40 years of experience and thousands of successful sales to every transaction. With more than 1,000 homes sold in Castro Valley alone, Tim is a recognized local expert whose experience and market knowledge extend throughout the East Bay, Tri-Valley, and Lamorinda communities.
Tim’s experience extends well beyond selling homes. As the former owner of a major RE/MAX brokerage with more than 100 agents, his company averaged approximately 150 home sales per month, and Tim was recognized as the #1 RE/MAX Broker/Owner internationally.
Today, Tim is a Broker-Associate with eXp Realty of California, an eXp ICON Agent, and a top-producing Broker-Associate. Rather than managing a large brokerage, he has returned his focus to what he enjoys most: working directly with buyers and sellers and personally guiding them through some of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
